We've wrapped up some development work for the website which improves search functionality and filter for events.

The new FOIA request page is up and running! As we create our operational procedures to living privately, we will be adding useful tools we are using and explaining how to use them. We will also be providing necessary templates many of which will be free.

When dealing with state and federal matters, it is important to know and understand how to use the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. We have compiled request letter templates for our members for every state. Click 'More Info' for FOIA Request Letter Templates and links to information pages.

This weeks class focuses on performing the Administrative Process and with ideas and suggestions. This is the first Administrative Process edition.

Another not-to-be-missed lesson on how to correctly create and file Freedom of Information Requests (FOIA) including why you'd want to and some ideas of how getting certain information through this procedures can help you more than you might realize.

We have released the Living Trust & POA/DOS Amendment templates for those interested in updating their trust and related POA/DOS.

Some minor updates have been made to our documents system in advance of major updates coming in the first quarter of next year.

This week's weekly Q&A features a lesson on the Principal and Agency Relationship and why it is important to understand. 

We've upgraded our education system to allow members to track their status through the lessons and courses.

This week's Q&A begins with a Lesson covering Federal Personnel and dispelling the Straw Man. We discuss the theory that a definition in the Privacy Act defines federal personnel as anyone with a social security number/account and/or accepting benefits from the federal government.

Robert Michael walks members through the recent update of the Power of Attorney (POA), Declaration of Status (DOS), and Inter Vivos Trust. Explanations as to the rationnale behind the updates is explained. A must-watch for all members. This is not a weekly class and there are no resource notes.

This week's Q&A marks a change in format as Robert Michael opens the session with a lesson on the importance of contracts before getting to the update and answering Member questions.

This week's Q&A talks about the importance of Trusts. Robert Michael recommends some books from the Member Library for Members to read in order to educate themselves on trusts.
