Is Social Security my personal Trust?

The Social Security Act of 1935 establishes a trust for public benefits and other purposes. It does not establish a personal trust as many internet/social media theorists presume and push on people. Our members learn from the personal experiences of other members the pitfalls of believing these theories, why they have not been legally proved, and why they should be avoided.
